I have always enjoyed sharing my photographic knowledge during my lifetime; as a lecturer and tutor at  Tertiary colleges, High schools, Community colleges and now with local photographic clubs.

Photography has been a lifetime hobby of mine since the 50’s when I got my first camera, a Kodak Baby Brownie.  In my teens, I used Dad’s Voigtlander camera and then I purchased my first Minolta SLR outfit in my 20s.

My first DSLR was a Nikon D80 and today I have a Nikon D750 with a collection of lenses and many accessories.

Now as a retiree I love sharing my photography knowledge with budding photographers, inspiring them to take their photography to the next level.

My One-on-One Photography Courses and Photography Field Workshops started in 2009 and have seen literally 100’s of different models and brands of DSLRs.

Since 2008 I have been actively involved with the Shoalhaven Photographic Club as a President and committee member and am a Photography Judge for the Federation of Camera Clubs NSW.

In 2012, I started taking  Photographic Club members away to various destinations each year. So far we have been to, the Red Centre, Flinders Ranges, Victorian High Country, Mungo National Park, South Coast Beaches, Broken Hill and Menindee Lakes, Mayfield Gardens, Western Victoria, Outback Queensland, Snowy Mountains, and the Blue Mountains,

Our bucket list for future adventures includes; the Warrumbungle’s, Tasmania, the East coast of Victoria, the Great Ocean Road, Lithgow and surrounds. These annual photographic trips are open to all financial Photographic Club members.
